Software installer requires a specific resolution

Some applications require a specific resolution to be applied during the install process


1) Navigate to online.cameyo.com

2) log in with your username

3) click on the "server" panel

4) click on your server here:

5) click the drop-down to "ADMIN" and select "Generate .RDP file

6) Copy the Password key and "save" the Download RDP tab to your desktop

7) Right-click on the RDP connection now saved on your desktop > Select "Edit"

Edit your display tab to meet the resolution you require

8) Enter the admin password
